At RAAYA Pret, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your RAAYA Pret account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
